Returns Policy
To return product that may be faulty, you must first obtain an RMA number. RMA numbers are issued upon the receipt of an RMA form which has been fully completed with all the requested details. RMA numbers will not be issued if the RMA form has not been completed correctly.

PLEASE NOTE Approximately 50-60% of the product returned to us as faulty or DOA is not faulty at all. In these cases it is generally an incompatibility between hardware, driver issues or jumper settings. Please ensure you have fully tested the product before requesting an RMA. We expect our clients to have the technical knowledge to be able to determine if a product is actually faulty. Most manufacturers have support options on their websites. Please ensure you have read the FAQ's/Knowledge Base articles, updated drivers etc..
Products that are returned for RMA will be tested by our technical staff. If the products are tested and found to be working properly, the client will be charged for the time spent testing the product, at our standard hourly labour rate. A testing report will be returned to the client, along with the invoice for time spent testing the product. Products should be returned with all drivers/cables/accessories. Where a product has been returned for credit, but does not include the original packaging or is missing drivers etc, the credit will not be processed until all parts are returned.
