WILL
Richard Peachey
born1660 died 23.10.1692I Richard Peachey of Burwell being sick in body but of perfect memory and understanding.
Thanks be to God for the same, do make and ordain and appoint this to be my last Will and Testament,
Revoking all other wills. First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God my Saviour and redeemer, and my body to be decently buried in
the churchyard at the discretion of my executor so after named.
And as for my worldly goods I dispose of them as followeth.
First I give to my brother John Peachey Five Shillings to be paid by my executor within one monthof my decease.
Next I give to my brother James Peachey Five Shillings to be paid by my executor within one monthof my decease.
Next I give to my brother Robert Peachey Five Shillings to be paid by my executor within one monthof my decease.
Next I give to my brother Johnathan Peachey Five Shillings to be paid by my executor within one monthof my decease.
And all the rest of my worldly estate, goods ,and chattels , and debts what soever I give and bequeath them unto my
Brother in Law George Ffyson,.Also unto him I do appoint and make my sole executor to this my last will and testament.
On this day 5th Aug into 3rd year in reign of King William and Queen Mary 1691.
