This is the last Will and Testiment of Edward William Peachey the elder of Burwell
in the County of Cambridgeshire made the 13th day of September 1803.
First I give and devise all those 8 acres of arable land in the common fields of
Burwell aforesaid.with their appurtenances holden of the Manor of Burwell Tiplofts
(which I have surrendered to the care of my will) to my wife Ann and her assigns
for the term of her natural life.
And after her decease I give the 8 acres of land to my brother Robert Peachey
and his heirs UPON TRUST and confidence and intent and purpose that Robert or
his heirs shall soon after her death,dispose of the 8 acres of land and monies
by such sale,after deductions of reasonable costs,damages  and expenses as my
brother Robert approve Shall equally Share all monies amongest my children
which shall be living after my Wifes death.
Share and Share alike......
I also give and bequeth all my ready monies and securities for money,depts due,
and owing,Live Stock,and all my other goods and chattels and effects whatsoever,
to my wife Ann for her own use and benifit.She paying thereout all my first
depts and funeral  and Testimentary expenses.
I Appoint my said Wife Ann  my sole executrix  of this my last Will

This is the last Will and Testiment of Edward William Peachey the elder of Burwell in the County of Cambridgeshire made the 13th day of September 1803.
