1. |
Read
the job card carefully for
required repairs. Any other
problems not on the job
card contact the customer
before proceeding to repair
them. Make notes on the
job card that customer (name)
gave the ok to proceed with
extra service and date.

required scan & clean
any viruses & spyware
using only the JMCS
approved Software as listed
here;

- Preform
required repairs unless
a quote is required
first.
- If
quote is require, diagnose
fault & estimate
cost of repairs including
exact cost of parts
required to fix system.
Contact
customer with the estimated
cost of repair, state
this is best estimate
only, due to the very
nature of computer problems
it is hard to give a
firm quote but we will
do our best to keep
within the estimated
price.
